Suzhou Shangsheng was founded in July 1992, and the company's shareholders are composed of Suzhou Xiangyuan and Dalaki Hong Kong Limited. Of which: Suzhou Xiangyuan and 49% of the shares, Dalaki Hong Kong Ltd. accounted for 51% of the shares. At present, Suzhou Shangsheng has formed four independent legal entity companies: Suzhou Shangsheng Electronics Co., Ltd., Suzhou Ascending Audio Co., Ltd., Suzhou Shangsheng Technology Co., Ltd., and Suzhou Hesheng Industrial Co., Ltd. After nearly two decades of development, continuation and integration of the characteristics of the company, Suzhou Shangsheng has established a group management model.
